You are solely responsible for keeping your bet4cuci account password and login credentials confidential. bet4cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their account.

These terms cover all bet4cuci products and services, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more), Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), table games, and all promotions run by bet4cuci from time to time.
Use of the bet4cuci platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. bet4cuci reserves the right to request valid proof of identity from any Player at any time to verify age, and failure to provide such documents may result in account suspension or closure.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
bet4cuci registration requirements: Players must be 18 years of age or older, hold a valid Malaysian phone number, and register using genuine personal information. Registering an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one bet4cuci account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different personal details, email addresses, or phone numbers — constitute a serious breach of these terms. bet4cuci employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and upon confirmation, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances and pending winnings will be permanently forfeited without any refund.
Bet4cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer / KYC) from any Player at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals of MYR 5,000 or more, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Documents typically required include a valid copy of the Player's Malaysian MyKad or passport.
Any bet4cuci account that shows no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 or the equivalent of the remaining balance, deducted directly from the account. Players will be notified via their registered email before any charges are applied.
Players are responsible for ensuring that all information in their bet4cuci account profile is accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to personal details must be reported to the bet4cuci support team promptly through official channels.
Bet4cuci accepts deposits only via legitimate and recognised Malaysian local payment methods, as follows:
The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own verified name. First-time withdrawal requests may require additional verification for security purposes.
Reminder: All winnings derived from bonus use must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be automatically rejected by the bet4cuci system.
All bonuses offered by bet4cuci — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and VIP programme incentives — are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. bet4cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, all bet4cuci bonuses must be wagered at the specified rate — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount — before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place RM 1,000 in eligible bets before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
Any attempt to abuse the bet4cuci bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated software or bots to maximise bonus value, or employing betting strategies deliberately designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — is strictly prohibited. bet4cuci reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings and to close any accounts involved without notice.
The bet4cuci VIP Programme comprises four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on the total VIP points accumulated through betting activity. VIP benefits include higher cashback percentages, access to higher-limit tables, prioritised withdrawal processing, and a dedicated account manager for Diamond members. bet4cuci reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure or its associated benefits with reasonable notice to members.
All bets accepted by bet4cuci are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring their bet details are correct before confirming. bet4cuci bears no liability for errors in bets resulting from Player negligence.
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances, such as a match being postponed or cancelled by the organiser, an obvious technical error in the displayed odds, or other exceptional situations determined at bet4cuci's discretion. In the event of a cancellation, the original stake will be credited back to the Player's account in full.
If a match or event on which a bet was placed is cancelled, suspended for more than 12 hours from the scheduled start time, or not completed in full accordance with the official rules of the sport concerned, bet4cuci will apply the following policy:
Bet4cuci strives to ensure that all displayed odds are accurate at all times. However, in the event of a technical error or human error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed (for example, odds of 100.0 for a match that should be 1.50), bet4cuci reserves the right to void the affected bet even after the match has concluded, and the full stake will be returned to the Player.
All Live Casino games at bet4cuci — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, and Crazy Time — are hosted by professional human dealers in a strictly controlled, fully recorded studio environment. The outcome of each round is final and non-disputable unless a clear procedural error by the dealer is confirmed through footage review.
If a technical disruption or disconnection occurs during an active Live Casino round, any bets placed before the disruption will be settled based on the round's outcome once the connection is restored. If the outcome cannot be verified, the affected bets will be voided and the stakes returned to your account balance.

Bet4cuci's total liability to any Player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Bet4cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, in response to business needs, legal changes, or service improvements. Players will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the bet4cuci platform after an update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration under the relevant international arbitration procedures. The language used in any legal or arbitration proceedings shall be Bahasa Melayu or English, as agreed upon by both parties.
